Despite never having met Prestidigitor, Ursa will throw in 40 gold because he knows the true meaning of funerals. Showing off to the still living about how loved you were by the deceased to his powerful friends while the deceased is conveniently unable to dispute your stories. The gold will be to hire professional mourners who will also back his tales.
